Privacy and data use
How CIG uses account information, training records and browser storage.
Updated 23 October 2026
Information you provide
Your account contains the information you provide when signing in or registering. Training records, recovery and nutrition entries, gym profiles, personal goals, reminder preferences, community content and pilot feedback are stored when you submit them. EGYM logging is manual; it does not connect to an EGYM account.
Training and AI
Saved training records are stored through Base44 and used to show your own plans and results. When you request an AI workout or analysis, relevant account and training context is sent through Base44's AI integration to answer that request. Saved planning preferences can include experience, focus areas, exercise choices and optional personal notes. Those notes accompany AI workout and plan requests; fixed plans use structured choices and show notes for review. You can change or clear them in Training setup or the Mission Planner. Planned targets and local drafts do not count as completed training.
On this device
This browser can keep sign-in information, language, cart and saved-kit preferences, unfinished training drafts and workouts you explicitly copy for offline viewing. Drafts and offline copies are device copies, not new account saves. Signing out removes that account's recovery drafts and offline workout copies from this browser. You can also remove browser storage through your browser settings.
Service providers and payments
Base44 provides the application's hosting, authentication, data and AI integration. Shopify processes cart and checkout requests when those services are used. If paid training billing is enabled, Stripe processes checkout, subscription and billing-management requests. Card details are entered on the payment provider's pages, not stored by this application's training forms. Hosting and authentication services may process operational and security logs.
Pilot interest
Pilot registration stores your explicit interest and optional feedback. It does not start a subscription or sign you up for marketing emails. You can withdraw this interest on the Membership page.
Access, correction and removal
You can edit or delete training entries through the training tools. Contact CIG to request access, correction, export or removal of account information, or to ask about retention and service providers. The site does not claim that disconnecting a fitness service automatically deletes your manually saved records.
Calendar reminders
Calendar reminders are optional. Downloading the reviewed file does not send an email or subscribe you to background push. If you import it into a calendar, that calendar handles its data and alerts. Disabling CIG reminders does not remove events you previously imported; manage those in your calendar.
Apparel interest
The apparel form stores an email, explicit consent and its timestamp, source and registration status. Automatic apparel email delivery is not active. Keep the private link shown after saving to unsubscribe, or contact CIG. A repeated request does not grant access to an existing registration.
