Terms & Conditions

Combat Integration Group ("CIG", "we", "us") is a trading name registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 72638397. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of combatintegrationgroup.com and any purchases made through our platform.

1. Our Business Model

Combat Integration Group operates as a European platform for premium tactical gear. We partner with international brands and manufacturers to make their products available to European customers. Many products are shipped directly from our brand partners (dropship model). Products may ship from outside the EU (typically the US). Shipping times may be longer. Import duties and VAT may apply for non-EU shipments. We are the seller of record for all transactions.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. B2B customers outside NL may qualify for VAT reversal. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal. Orders confirmed upon payment. If a product is unavailable, we notify within 5 business days and offer full refund or alternative.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs calculated at checkout. EU-origin products: 2-5 business days. US-origin products (dropship): 7-21 business days. Tracking provided where available. We are not liable for customs delays.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without reason. Withdrawal period begins when product is received. Inform us at CRvDoorn@combatintegrationgroup.com within 14 days. Return product in original condition, unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is consumer's responsibility unless product defective or incorrect. Refund within 14 days of receiving return. Exceptions: unsealed hygiene products, custom-made products, rapidly deteriorating products.

5. Returns

Contact CRvDoorn@combatintegrationgroup.com with order number. Products must be in original resalable condition. Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 days.

6. Warranty

All products covered by manufacturer warranty. EU minimum 2-year warranty applies. Contact us with proof of purchase and defect description for repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Liability

Liability limited to purchase price. Not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Not liable for misuse of tactical equipment. Not liable for third-party delays (carriers, customs, brand partners).

8. Intellectual Property

All content is property of CIG or brand partners. No reproduction without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Dutch law. Disputes settled by competent court in Netherlands. EU consumers may use ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
